Questions about quotes
Which files can I send?
Most formats work: Word, PDF, InDesign (INDD and IDML), Illustrator, Excel, PowerPoint, XLIFF, subtitle files, audio, video and ZIP archives. Editable source files give the most accurate quote. If you only have a PDF, send that and we'll tell you what we can do with it.
How big can my files be?
This form takes up to 10 files and 20 MB in total. For larger files, put a WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link in the message box and we'll download them from there.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. Mention it in your message or attach it with your files, and we'll sign it before we open anything else you send.
When will I hear back?
We reply on business days, UK time. If your deadline is close, say so in the message or book a call and we'll look at it first.
