What education translation covers

Schools and universities translate two kinds of material. The first is communication with families and students: letters, forms, report cards, policies and websites, which need plain, friendly language and fast turnaround. The second is learning content: textbooks, courses, assessments and education apps, which need subject knowledge and careful layout.

Questions about education translation

Can you translate school letters quickly?

Yes. Short letters and notices can usually be turned around quickly. Tell us the date you need to send them, and we'll confirm the delivery time in the quote.

Which languages do schools ask for most?

It depends on your community. Common requests include Spanish, Arabic, Polish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Somali, Portuguese and Chinese. Tell us your families' languages and we'll confirm coverage for each.

Do you provide interpreters for parent meetings?

Yes. We book interpreters for meetings with families, in person or by phone or video. See interpreting.

Can you translate assessments?

Yes. Translators keep each question at the same difficulty and test the same skill, and a second linguist checks that the answer options still work in the new language.
