PowerPoint translation and slide localization

We translate your PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides decks, then fix every slide where the new language runs long: text boxes, charts, SmartArt, speaker notes and animations. You get an editable deck that looks like it was made in that language.

Quarterly results

Revenue grew in every region. Europe led with the largest gain.

French runs about 20% longer than English. Pasted in, it spills out of the box.

Why translated decks break

Slides are tight on space. German, French and Spanish usually run 15 to 30% longer than English, so translated text spills out of boxes, shrinks to an unreadable size, or pushes charts off the slide. A translator working in a CAT tool doesn't see any of that.

We translate the deck, then a designer opens it in PowerPoint and checks every slide. They resize boxes, edit wording with the translator where needed, and make sure charts, labels and animations still work.

What's included

Everything in the file, including notes, charts and alt text.

  • Slide text and layout

Titles, body text, tables and text boxes, resized and realigned so nothing spills or overlaps.

  • Charts and SmartArt

Chart labels, legends and data tables translated in the chart itself, so it stays editable.

  • Speaker notes

Notes translated so presenters in each market can deliver the deck as written.

  • Images with text

Screenshots and graphics with text in them, recreated or replaced in the new language.

  • Right-to-left decks

Arabic and Hebrew slides mirrored, with text direction, bullets and tables set right to left.

  • Animations and templates

Build animations, transitions and slide masters checked and kept working in each language.

How a deck is localized

Every slide is opened and checked by a person, in PowerPoint.

  1. File check

We check the fonts, embedded charts and linked files, and flag anything we can't edit.

  2. Translation

Native translators work on all text, including notes, charts and alt text, using your glossary.

  3. Slide fixing

A designer fixes overflow, font size, alignment and spacing on every slide.

  4. Slideshow review

A native speaker plays the deck in slideshow mode and checks text, animations and charts.

    Second check QA
  5. Delivery

An editable deck for each language, plus a PDF and the fonts used, if you need them.

Questions about PowerPoint translation

Will the translated deck still be editable?

Yes. You get a normal PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides file, with the same slide masters, editable charts and text boxes as your original.

Do you translate speaker notes and charts?

Yes, by default. We translate speaker notes, chart labels and data, SmartArt, tables and alt text. Tell us if you want to leave anything out.

What happens to fonts that don't support the language?

We'll suggest a matching font that supports the script, such as a Noto font for Thai or Arabic, and send it with the deck so it displays correctly on other computers.

Can you translate Google Slides?

Yes. Share the deck with edit access, or download it as a PPTX. We translate and fix it and return a copy, so your original stays unchanged.

How do you price PowerPoint translation?

By word count for the translation, plus a charge per slide for layout fixing, which depends on how complex the slides are. You get a fixed quote from the file.
